4 Page Flyer Replier

A booklet that incorporates a tear off leaf that fits neatly into the attached reply envelope. After filling out details and inserting into the envelope, it is detached, sealed then dropped into the mail, leaving the recipient with an information sheet.

Envelope Management Program

Objective

To analyse current envelope purchasing, then make recommendations regarding modifications to the supply chain that will deliver a reduced total cost of ownership of envelope supply within the organisation.

Execution

Examine and rationalise the number of product shells to the minimum.
Provide flat pricing for each type of product shell, regardless of print. This eliminates the need for quoting each item as required.
Establish a range of standard products as stock items for next day delivery, to be replenished by The Camerons Group.
Set up items on the web portal
Identify and examine redundant stock

Results

Reduced total unit pricing as the result of aggregation with one supplier

Link Market Services, being one of the largest international share registries, often requires the services of outbound mailhouses to communicate with millions of its shareholders. Given the variety and uniqueness of many of our client's requirements, the management of mail stocks including envelopes had previously presented a number of issues and problems to Link. 
Approximately 5 years ago, Link engaged the services of Camerons, initially as purely an envelope printer/supplier and subsequently gave Camerons the responsibility of managing its entire envelope management programme. 
During this time, Camerons have more than adequately taken the task on board and have relieved Link of the cumbersome and time consuming task of maintaining adequate and correct stock levels both for internal use and also the mailhouses which with Link deals with. 
Camerons introduced a simple and effective on-line ordering system for the mailhouses, which in real terms meant that Link had little involvement in the day to day management, and was only involved at month end in the simple reconciliation process. 
I am pleased to say that since inception, the programme has had extremely few minor hiccups which have easily and quickly been resolved, and that Camerons consistent reliability has proven a wise decision on our part. A real "set and forget" management tool for Link.
